Privacy policy

Last updated: 12 June 2026

SEO4orce is a trading name of AIntelligence Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data transparently and in accordance with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Who we are

For the purposes of UK data protection law, the data controller is AIntelligence Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, you can contact us at hello@seo4orce.com.

What information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Any message or details you include in the form

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or any third-party scripts that profile you. We do not collect your data in the background as you browse the site.

How we collect it

Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a form-handling service that delivers your message to our inbox. Your submission passes through Web3Forms solely so we can receive and respond to it. We do not store form data on this website itself.

Why we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Arrange and carry out a free audit if you request one
  • Follow up about the services you have asked about

The legal basis for this is your consent (you chose to contact us) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your request. If your enquiry does not lead to working together, we delete it within a reasonable period.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. Your contact form submission is processed by Web3Forms purely to deliver it to us; you can read their privacy terms on their website.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Object to or restrict how we use it
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@seo4orce.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we have mishandled your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised.
